As humans we are so encapsulated by the world’s standards that we forget to sit back and understand that there is nobody in this world that is worth impressing but Jesus Christ. And even then He loved us so much he gave his life for you and I even while we were sinners…

I really hope that every Lady reads this to help them with insight on how beautiful they really are. Since I have been blessed with the opportunity of living in LA, (The hub of Fashion) I see a lot of girls trying to be something they never will be, trying to chase an acceptance they never will receive, and trying to look a way they weren’t created to look. That saddest part is that there are women who feel that if they can’t get guys to look at them in a certain way, then they won’t feel good about themselves.

I really would like you to look at this verse in the bible.
Song of Solomon 4:7 – All beautiful you are, my darling; there is no flaw in you.

If there is no flaw in you, and you were created the way God wanted you to be, then why chase after the worlds ways of acceptance. Understand God is the only one you should care about when it comes to acceptance.

I want to tell you from a guys perspective that if you dress to impress showing off your goods, or your plastic goods, “Yes” you will get those looks, but mainly because guys are lustful beings. All they will see is flesh, a body that they would love to have sex with and then kick to the curb. Is that really what you want? When you are flaunting your stuff and revealing your body, that is what you are doing… you are simply saying that I am only a body, come and get it!

Let me ask this question… Do you want to marry a guy that wants you only because you are what the world considers beautiful? Or would you rather marry a guy who loves you because you are a Godly woman? Which marriage is going to last, a Lustful Season or a Godly Foundation?

I know guys and girls are totally different and that is hard to understand for some women… The LUST FACTOR. But that is how we were created. Knowing that guys are like that, if you consider yourself a sister in Christ, not only do I beg of you to not sell yourself short of how God has created you but I also beg of you to help your brothers out by not causing us to stumble with that struggle.

Psalms 139:14
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

To conclude, Seek out God and not Man to understand that you are Fearfully and Wonderfully made. Please don’t seek acceptance of man but only from God and there you will find True love. I love you all my sisters and hope that this will encourage you to understand that the best way to get a guys attention is to be focused only on Christ!
